UMich Buying Conditions for Houses Plunge To Lowest Since Dec 2008

The University of Michigan Buying Conditions for Houses plunged to its lowest level since December 2008.

The likely culprit? Home prices are growing rapidly, more rapidly than wage (earnings) growth. Just like during the infamous housing bubble.
